1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneCell, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you are accessing OneCell on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use OneCell only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: use the app in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure; transmit spam, malware, or other harmful code; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of it.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. Notify us immediately at support@onecell.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. OneCell reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans and Payments

OneCell may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions, billing intervals, renewal details, free trials, and cancellation options are presented clearly before you subscribe in the App Store or Google Play.

5. Free Trial

We may offer free trials, beta access, or promotional plans. We may modify, extend, or discontinue these offers at any time, and we will explain any paid conversion before charging you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of OneCell — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, and underlying software — are the exclusive property of OneCell and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the app without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit within OneCell, such as custom widget names, widget descriptions, and metric notes. By submitting content, you grant OneCell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights, violate any laws, or contain harmful, offensive, or misleading material. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of OneCell is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully at onecell.app/privacy.

9. Disclaimers

OneCell is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneCell and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total fees you paid to OneCell in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OneCell at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the service, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneCell operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing an in-app notice. Your continued use of OneCell after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the app.
